In 2016 I had the honor of being interviewed by an incredible human being & one of the sweetest souls I know, Cait, aka @sunburntandsalty, for a series she posted on her website called "The Goddess Connection." Cait is a yoga instructor, surfer, workshop leader, & artist - really just an all around wonderful person. Cait is based in Rincón, Puerto Rico, so when you come for a visit, make sure you go to one of her group classes at the Zen Den, Centro La Paz or book a private session with her. She also offers online classes! Her husband Brian is the guy we go to for surfboard ding repair. I have to give him a mention, too, since he's a big supporter & had me make her engagement ring!
